Country Care Plex Nursing & Rehab Center is an 84-bed skilled nursing facility in the small, country setting of Giddings, TX. We are conveniently located approximately one hour east of Austin, ninety minutes west of Houston and an hour southwest of the Bryan/College Station area.
Our team of skilled professionals provides compassionate care in a comfortable, home-like environment. We strive to meet each individual’s needs in an effort to help achieve and maintain a desired quality of life.
Services
We offer a comprehensive array of services, including Music1st™, a certified music therapy program exclusive to our center. It is designed to use music as a therapeutic method of improving quality of life by increasing cognitive stimulation, lowering the use of medications, increasing social interaction, reducing pain and anxiety, providing spiritual support and stimulating physical activity.
Magnolia is our 26-bed fully secured unit designed for people with memory impairments. A fully secured backyard that overlooks a serene wooded area, along with wide, spacious halls and common areas allow residents the freedom to move in and outdoors independently, but safely.
